Ragdoll Game is a physics playground starring a floppy plush dino. Grab it, fling it and watch it tumble, flop and bounce off pads, springs, ramps, fans and soft cushions. Ten trick-shot levels ask you to land the plush in a basket with as few throws as possible, and a free play mode lets you build your own contraptions. You can play this ragdoll game online free in your browser with no download, using a mouse, a keyboard or a phone’s touch screen.
How to play
Pick a level from the menu. The plush dino waits inside a dashed circle on the left of the screen, and the basket sits somewhere to the right, often on a shelf, behind a wall or up high.
- Fling it: press on the plush (or touch it) and drag. It dangles from your pointer, but you can only pull it around inside the dashed circle. Flick and let go, and the plush flies off with the speed and direction of your flick. A slow release without a flick does not count as a throw, so you can line up again for free.
- Keyboard aim: the red line on the plush shows your keyboard aim. Left and Right change the angle, Up and Down change the power, and Space or Enter throws.
- Land in the basket: the level is cleared when the plush’s body lands and stays inside the basket. If it misses and comes to rest, falls off the screen or is still bouncing after seven seconds, it goes back to the circle for your next throw.
- Stars: you have three throws per level. Clearing it with the first throw earns 3 stars, the second 2 stars and the third 1 star. Miss all three and you can retry straight away.
Clearing a level unlocks the next one, and your best stars for each level are saved in your browser, so the menu remembers your progress next time you visit.
The props
- Bounce pads (pink) throw the whole plush back off with almost all of its speed, plus a little extra.
- Springs (orange) launch it hard in the direction they face, however softly it lands on them.
- Fans (pale blue columns) blow the plush upward while any part of it is inside the airflow.
- Ramps (blue) are slippery slopes that keep the plush sliding.
- Cushions (purple) soak up the impact, so the plush stops dead instead of bouncing.
Walls and shelves are brown, and the plush bounces off them only a little.
Free play and slow motion
Free play is an open box with a couple of starting platforms and unlimited throws. You can grab the plush anywhere, even mid-air. Pick a tool under the game (bounce pad, ramp, fan, spring or cushion) and click or tap an empty spot to place it. The Erase tool removes the nearest prop and Clear removes them all. Switch back to Grab to keep flinging.
Press S or the Slow-mo button at any time to run the physics at 30 percent speed, which is handy for watching a tricky bounce or simply enjoying the flop. R resets the plush or restarts the level, and P or Esc pauses.
Tips
- Use the keyboard aim to learn a level. Its power and angle are exact, so once you find a shot that works you can repeat it.
- Most baskets want a high, dropping arc. A flat, fast throw tends to clip the basket rim and bounce away.
- On levels with a bounce pad or spring, aim for the prop, not the basket. The bounce does the rest of the work.
- Slow motion makes it easier to see which part of the plush clipped a wall when a throw goes wrong.

FAQ
Is Ragdoll Game free?
Yes. It runs in your browser with no download, sign-up or ads inside the game.
How many levels are there?
There are 10 trick-shot levels, from First Toss to Grand Finale, plus free play. Each level can earn up to 3 stars, for 30 in total.
Can every level be done in one throw?
Yes. Every level has at least one throw that lands the plush in the basket first time, so 3 stars are possible on all ten.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. Touch the plush and flick your finger to throw it. Touching the game does not scroll the page.
Is my progress saved?
Your best stars for each level are stored in your browser. Clearing your browser data resets them.
Does the plush get hurt?
No. It is a soft toy dino that squeaks when it lands, and it bounces right back for the next throw.
