Logic Game is a collection of four classic grid puzzles in one place: Light Up, Star Battle, Skyscrapers and Bridges. Each type has 20 puzzles that run from easy to hard, plus a fresh daily puzzle, and every puzzle has exactly one solution that you can reach by reasoning alone. Play this logic game free in your browser, with no download or sign-up, on a computer or a phone.
How to play
Choose a puzzle type with the tabs at the top, then pick a numbered puzzle or the daily puzzle. Puzzles 1 to 7 are easy, 8 to 14 medium and 15 to 20 hard, with bigger grids as you go.
- Light Up: place lamps on white cells until every white cell is lit. A lamp lights its own row and column until a wall blocks the beam. Two lamps may never shine on each other. A number on a wall tells you exactly how many lamps sit next to it, above, below, left or right.
- Star Battle: put exactly one star in every row, every column and every outlined region. Stars may never touch, not even at a corner.
- Skyscrapers: fill the grid with towers from 1 to N so each row and column uses every height once. The clue at the end of a row or column says how many towers you can see from that side. A taller tower hides every shorter one behind it. Tap a cell, then a number on the pad, or type the digit.
- Bridges: link the islands with straight horizontal or vertical bridges. The number on each island is how many bridges end there. Any two islands can share one or two bridges, bridges can’t cross each other, and every island has to join one connected network. Drag from an island toward a neighbor to build a bridge, again for a double, and a third time to remove it.
When you break a rule, the problem turns red: lamps that see each other, a wall with too many lamps around it (or too few spaces left), stars that touch or crowd a row, duplicate heights, a clue that no longer fits, or an island with too many bridges.
Stars and saving: each puzzle has a timer. Solve within the par time for three stars, within two and a half times par for two, and any finish earns one. Undo takes back moves one at a time, and Reset clears the board. Your boards, times and stars are saved in your browser, so you can leave halfway through and pick up where you stopped.
Tips
- Light Up: start with the 0s and 4s. A 0 means none of its neighbors can hold a lamp, so mark them all with dots. A 4 means all four neighbors are lamps. Then look for a white cell that only one empty cell can still light.
- Star Battle: small regions are the best way in. A two-cell region forces its star into one of two spots, and every cell touching both spots can be dotted. If a region fits entirely inside one row, that row’s star must go in that region.
- Skyscrapers: a clue of 1 means the tallest tower stands right next to it. A clue equal to N means the line climbs 1, 2, 3 and so on in order. A big clue also pushes tall towers away from its side.
- Bridges: an island whose number is twice its number of neighbors needs double bridges to all of them. A 1 next to another 1 can’t link only to it, or the pair would be cut off from the rest of the network.
FAQ
Is Logic Game free?
Yes. All 80 puzzles and the daily puzzles are free, with no account and nothing to install.
Does every puzzle have only one solution?
Yes. Each puzzle is checked by a solver that counts its solutions, and only puzzles with exactly one answer are used. You never have to guess.
How does the daily puzzle work?
Each puzzle type has its own daily puzzle, made from the date on your device. Everyone who plays on the same date gets the same four puzzles, and a new set appears the next day.
Can I play on my phone?
Yes. Tap to place lamps, stars and heights, and drag between islands for Bridges. Touching the board won’t scroll the page.
Does my progress save?
Yes. Unfinished boards, times and stars stay in your browser until you clear its data.
Are there other logic puzzles on the site?
Yes. If you like shading puzzles, try Nurikabe, where you build islands in a sea of black cells, or Binairo, a grid of zeros and ones with no three in a row.
