Trampoline Game is a side-view trick game where a cartoon jumper bounces on a trampoline in a backyard and then a gym. Time each press to bounce higher, spin flips and twists at the top, and finish every trick before your feet come back down. You can play this trampoline game online free in your browser with no download, on a keyboard, a mouse or a phone’s touch screen.

How to play

The jumper bounces on their own, but every bounce loses height unless you help. The skill is in when you press.

  • Time the bounce: press Space, Enter or the Bounce button, or tap the game, while the jumper is on the bed. The bed glows green as it sinks to its lowest point. A press right at the bottom is Perfect and adds about a meter of height, and one a little after is Good and adds half that. An Early or Late press, or no press at all, loses height.
  • Do tricks in the air: press Left or A for a back flip and Right or D for a front flip. Press Down or S for a tuck jump, or Down twice quickly for a seat drop. Press Up or W for a pike jump, or Up twice quickly for a full twist. On a phone or with a mouse, swipe on the game in that direction, or use the arrow buttons.
  • Finish before you land: each trick takes a set time. The tuck and pike are quick, the twist takes longer and flips take longest, so they need a higher bounce. If you are still rotating when your feet hit the bed, the jumper wobbles, then sits down.
  • Seat drops: a seat drop lands you sitting on the bed on purpose, and you bounce back up to your feet. You can still time the press from the seat.

The ruler on the right shows how high the current bounce will go, up to 9 meters.

Routines

Routines mode has 10 judged routines. Each lists tricks to do in order within a set number of bounces. The first five are in the backyard and the rest are in the gym, where some steps ask for two tricks in one bounce, such as a back flip into a full twist.

The judges score each listed trick out of 10: up to 3 for height, up to 4 for form (the timing of the press that launched it) and up to 3 for the landing, which is better the earlier you finish. A trick that is not next on the list costs half a point. You earn up to three stars, your best score is saved, and passing a routine unlocks the next. Running out of bounces or sitting down ends the attempt.

Freestyle

Freestyle gives you 90 seconds to score. Harder tricks are worth more, and every trick scores more the higher you are. Land a trick on every bounce to build a combo multiplier up to x5; a bounce with no trick, or a sit-down, resets it. Repeating your last trick scores half, and a second trick in the same bounce scores extra. Your best score is saved in your browser.

Tips

  • Build height first. A few Perfect presses in a row take you from a small hop to flip height, and extra height raises routine scores.
  • Start tricks early. Press the trick as soon as you leave the bed for more time to finish and a better landing score.
  • Double tap quickly. For a seat drop or a full twist, the second press has to come within about a fifth of a second of the first.
  • Mix it up in freestyle. Alternate back and front flips to keep full points while the multiplier climbs.

FAQ

Is Trampoline Game free?

Yes. It is free with no account and nothing to install.

Does it work on phones and Chromebooks?

Yes. On a phone or tablet, tap to bounce and swipe for tricks, or use the buttons; the game area won’t scroll the page. On a Chromebook or laptop, use Space and the arrow keys or WASD.

What happens if I land a trick badly?

The jumper wobbles and sits down on the bed. In freestyle they get up and carry on with the combo reset; in a routine you retry.

Can I pause the game?

Press P or Esc, or use the Pause button. It also pauses when you switch tabs.

Can I learn these flips on a real trampoline?

This is a cartoon game, and real flips should only be learned with a qualified coach.
